1. Order Cancellation

Free Cancellation (Within 3 Hours)

Customers can cancel their order within 3 hours of placing it.
No charges will be applied for cancellations during this period.

After 3 Hours

Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
If the customer still requests cancellation, shipping + packing charges (up to ₹200) will be deducted.

2. Return Policy

Eligible Returns

You can request a return if:

You received a damaged product
Wrong product delivered
Size issue (unused and in original condition)

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
All tags must be intact
Return request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Used / washed products
Innerwear & hygiene-related items
Products without original tags or packaging
Items purchased during clearance sale (if mentioned)

3. Refund Process

After Return Approval

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, the refund will be processed.
Refund method depends on the original payment type.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are completed within 5–7 working days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery Orders

Refund will be issued to your provided bank account / UPI ID.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues, subject to availability.
If the size is not available, refund will be processed instead.
Customer must return the product in unused condition.

5. Delivery Attempt Failure

Courier will try two delivery attempts.
If both attempts fail, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
Re-shipping charges will apply if customer wants it again.

6. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours with:

Product image
Package image

We will arrange a return or replacement free of cost.
